QUESTION: What is the average article length of the Daily IM Articles?
ANSWER: I never dwell on article length, but the average length is normally between 300 – 500 Words with most being right around 450 words.
QUESTION: Are these articles found anywhere else?
ANSWER: No, all articles are exclusive to Daily IM Articles and are new and fresh when they’re published each day.
QUESTION: When are new articles added?
ANSWER: A new article is added every single day. Most articles are added between Noon and 1PM Las Vegas time (Pacific Standard Time). They may occasionally be a couple of hours later on weekends.
QUESTION: Are the articles removed at the end of the month?
ANSWER: The member’s area is dynamically generated for each member. Therefore, new members WILL NOT have access to articles from months before they joined, however, members will always have access to articles from the month they joined forward. To put it another way, as a member you will always have access to all articles from the time you joined forward, however, those that joined AFTER you will not have access to previous month’s articles.
QUESTION: How strict is your policy of only letting 100 members join?
ANSWER: It is non-negotiable. After 100 membership spots are taken the only way to get in is if someone cancels. It is possible in the future that new membership levels could be open where another 100 people might be let in, but in that case they’d get completely different articles from the people in the first group. The point is, no more than 100 people will have access to the same articles.
QUESTION: You say the articles have almost no restrictions. What restrictions do they have?
ANSWER: You can’t pass on any type of rights (resell rights, republishing rights, giveaway rights, etc.) to anyone else. This protects the value of the articles so they’re exclusive to our member’s only.
The next few questions also address some questions about what you can and cannot do with the articles.
QUESTION: Can the articles be submitted to Article Directories?
ANSWER: It depends…
Remember, you are not allowed to pass on any rights to the articles (that includes re-publishing rights) so any article directory that allows it’s readers to re-publish the article (even if they have to add your resource box) is not allowed.
This is to protect the exclusivity of the articles so only our members have rights to them. So if the article directory doesn’t allow the articles to be republished (or if you can turn that feature off for your account or your article) then it’s fine… If not, then you can’t submit them.
QUESTION: Can I allow my readers, website visitors, list members, etc. to republish the articles?
ANSWER: No. You may provide them as content to your people, however, you can’t pass on any republishing rights to them.
QUESTION: Can I add the articles to my membership site (free or paid)?
ANSWER: No. Again, you may provide them as content to your people, but they have no rights to use them whatsoever.
